Return & Refund Policy
We want every BALANCO order to arrive exactly as expected. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used products for reasons of health and safety.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@trybalanco.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
Once we review and approve your claim, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. You do not need to return the affected product unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not currently offer returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or products that have been opened or used, except where required by applicable law.
Order cancellations
Orders enter fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us at support@trybalanco.com as soon as possible after placing it.
We can only cancel an order before it has entered fulfillment. In most cases, this window is approximately 2 hours after the order is placed. Once fulfillment has begun, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
We cannot guarantee refunds or free replacements for orders that are undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Refused or unclaimed packages
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for packages that are refused, left unclaimed, or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the recipient.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
